Job summary

Project Harmony is seeking an experienced MDT Coordinator to improve communication across agency lines, coordinate child abuse and neglect cases, and support services for victims and families. The role emphasizes collaboration with law enforcement, child protective services, and the judiciary to ensure accountability and better outcomes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience with multidisciplinary teams, trauma-informed care, and confidential information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, early childhood education, criminal justice, psychology or related field is required.
• Experience or training in team facilitation and mediation is preferred.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team environments and child abuse investigations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze child abuse and neglect reports for coordination across agencies.
• Facilitate regular MDT case reviews and training opportunities.
• Provide case coordination and support to court proceedings as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports on MDT outcomes and improvement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate case data in agency systems and communicate with partners.
