Job summary

Care Plus NJ, Inc. is seeking a qualified psychiatrist to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients. The role includes medication prescription and education, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a medical degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have completed a residency in psychiatry.
• Current and valid New Jersey medical license is required.
• Must be Board-eligible or Board-certified in adult/general and child/adolescent psychiatry.
• Current and valid CDS Certification and DEA Certificate are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of clients.
• Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team in evaluating clients.
• Develop psychosocial treatment plans with measurable objectives.
• Document assessments and progress in clinical records.
