Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment of the consumer and support DSM-5 diagnosis.
• Develop and review treatment plans with consumer and family/guardian.
• Deliver individual, group, family and play therapy as needed.
• Coordinate outreach and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Monitor progress and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Engage in performance improvement and committee activities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and licensing requirements.
