Job summary

Signet Health, in partnership with Montage Health, seeks Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT) for the Ohana Center for Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health in Monterey, CA. You will provide evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children and their families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree, CA licensure (LCSW or LMFT), BLS, and completion of required trainings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Must pass orientation and initial competency assessment.
• CA LCSW or LMFT licensure is required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• AVADE certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Live Scan fingerprint clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families.
• Deliver mental health education to patients and the community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain a productivity standard of at least 25 patient-facing billable hours per week.
