Position Summary

The Ohana Therapist reports to a Clinical Program Manager and is responsible for providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families.

In addition, the Ohana Therapist provides mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals.

Other important dimensions of this position include a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, quality of care and outcomes measurement, professionalism, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity, and a comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care are required.

• Mandatory 5150 training by Monterey County to obtain 5150 certification and obtain 5150 Professional staff authorization yearly.
• Live Scan fingerprint clearance required by the Department of Healthcare Services.

Work Hours

Assigned work hours: Primarily 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm.

Pay Range

Pay range (based on years of applicable experience): $55.36 to $74.04 per hour.

The hours employees work determine when a shift differential is paid.

Hourly evening shift differential: $4.03.

Hourly night shift differential: $6.05.
