Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL seeks a licensed LCPC/LCSW to provide assessment, therapy, and care planning for children and adolescents. Qualifications

• Valid and Current LCPC/LCSW license issued by Illinois or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois
• CPR certification
• Master's degree in counseling
• 2 years of experience focused on child/adolescent patients
• Experience in individual therapy sessions and group settings
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and assessment protocols
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' psychological concerns per DSM-5
• Meet with patients regularly to discuss problems, feelings, thoughts, behaviors and relationships
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain current clinical records with SOAP notes
• Comply with state, federal and organizational guidelines
• Provide evidence-based treatment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor and participate in supervision and organizational training
• Complete required organizational training and stay updated with literature
