Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join a collaborative clinical team. You will support clients and families, providing evidence-based outpatient therapy while pursuing licensure with supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Professional licensing or pursuing licensure.
• Strong commitment to mental health and high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
