Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is hiring a Child & Adolescent Therapist in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will evaluate diagnoses, create treatment plans, and document care while collaborating with a dynamic team to bridge gaps in mental health access.

We value authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Flexible work-from-home options are available with a compensation range of $65,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and on track to licensure in NJ
• Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in NJ
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set stable boundaries with clients
• Timely completion of service documentation
• Knowledge of diverse client populations and resources
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT approaches
• Experience with insurance billing and clinical documentation software
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans
• Provide client services and collaborate with a team to close care gaps
• Use creative interventions to help clients meet goals
• Submit session documentation per policy
• Maintain a caseload and meet minimum client visits per week
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and school staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
