The Child & Family Connection is seeking an exceptional licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with specialized training in child and adolescent therapy to join our team in Orange County. Our growing private practice emphasizes evidence-based mental health treatment through a multi-sensory approach, with high-volume referrals and opportunities for career growth.

A sign-on bonus is available based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as PsyD or PhD.
• Specialized training or experience in child and adolescent psychology.
• Minimum of one year experience using evidence-based interventions with anxious or mood disorders in youth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use evidence-based methods to assess and treat children and adolescents.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Actively seek parent and/or client feedback regarding programming, testing, and therapy goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues and interdisciplinary providers.
