Job summary

Expand Psychology in Northern Virginia is seeking dedicated child/adolescent psychologists to join a private practice with a warm, collaborative team. Full-time caseload, flexible roles, and opportunities for supervision and didactic trainings are offered.

Licensed or license-eligible psychologists with a Psy.D. or Ph.D. from an APA-accredited program are encouraged to apply; you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team and help build services for children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifications

• Earned a Psy.D. or Ph.D. from an APA-Accredited institution.
• Completed an APA-Accredited pre-doctoral internship.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia.
• Interest in working with children and adolescents and building caseload.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Full-time caseload of 20–25 direct client hours per week.
• Provide child/adolescent therapy and related services as applicable.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Engage in supervision, group supervision, and monthly trainings.
• Pro bono opportunities through partnerships may be available.
