Atrium Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our expanding Behavioral Health team at Atrium Behavioral Health Davidson. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a highly collaborative, well-supported environment dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient care to children and adolescents.

Join a well-established, multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including:

• 3 Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists (including this role)
• 5 Licensed Therapists
• 1 RN and 3 CMAs
• 1 Medical Director overseeing inpatient and outpatient services

You’ll also benefit from strong operational support with a dedicated team of:

• Registration staff

Practice Setting

• Located on the Davidson Behavioral Health campus
• Outpatient clinic is co-located alongside the inpatient hospital, enabling seamless coordination of care

Position Highlights

Monday–Friday schedule with:

• ~36 hours of direct patient care
• 4 hours of dedicated administrative time

Early Fridays: Clinic closes at 1:30 PM to promote work‑life balance and team collaboration.

Hybrid Model: Minimum of one onsite day per week; remaining days can be remote.

Call Schedule

• Approximately 2 shared weekday/weekend call shifts per month
• 1 holiday call annually
• Call supports adult inpatient unit only, located on the same campus
