ERC Pathlight in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a full-time psychiatrist to lead multidisciplinary teams, diagnose mental illnesses, prescribe medications, and provide psychotherapy. You will manage a diverse patient load and document thoroughly.

Requirements include MD or DO, board certification in General Psychiatry or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and an active state license; BLS/CPR. Compensation starts at $242,000–$275,000/year plus bonus and benefits, with generous paid time off and

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and board-certified in psychiatry.
• Accredited medical school, residency program completed.
• Board certification in General Psychiatry and/or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active medical license in state(s) where patients are seen.
• BLS/CPR certification and ongoing licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary treatment teams; diagnose, prescribe, and provide psychotherapy.
• Manage a diverse patient load with thorough documentation and care coordination.
• Collaborate with care delivery and management to improve outcomes and access.
• Supervise and mentor staff; engage in education and training as needed.
