Overview

ERC Pathlight is a nationally recognized treatment provider for eating disorders, mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Psychiatrists lead multidisciplinary treatment teams, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing psychotherapies. They determine the appropriate level of care and advocate for patients’ best treatment options, collaborate on care delivery, and document all aspects of care.

Essential Duties
  • Practice evidence‑based, high‑quality psychiatric medicine, encouraging patient understanding and involvement.
  • Maintain a caseload of 18–24 patients per week (increased with collaboration).
  • Complete required documentation thoroughly and timely; prepare accurate charts and records.
  • Collaborate with staff, other physicians, and leadership for care improvements and ethical conduct.
  • Advocate for patients, provide timely documentation, and participate in insurance peer reviews.

  • Provide clear clinical information, request resources, and accept/offer feedback respectfully.
  • Demonstrate leadership for quality and program improvement, comply with legal and educational requirements, and improve practice efficiency.
  • Achieve quality metrics through outcome measures and implement innovations.
  • Maintain departmental policies, safety and infection control standards.
  • Promote respectful relationships with colleagues, patients, families, and visitors.
  • Engage in professional development, education, and training sessions.
  • Receive and provide supervision, evaluate performance, and recognize growth opportunities.
  • Participate in community education and marketing efforts as requested.
  • Serve as supervisor and mentor for trainees.
Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school; completion of accredited residency and any required fellowships.
  • Board certified in General Psychiatry and/or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state(s) where patients are seen.
  • Current BLS/CPR, other relevant certifications and registrations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, etc.).
Compensation

Washington Pay Range: $300,000 - $345,443 USD
