Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team and help treat children and adolescents. You will perform psychiatric assessments, provide psychotherapy, and manage medications in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, multiple locations across Washington, and a compensation range of $250,000–$300,000 per year, with opportunities for clinical leadership and student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Provide psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
• Treat children and adolescents with psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
• Provide psychotherapy and ongoing medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across disciplines.
• Supervise APNs/PAs and contribute to clinical leadership.
