Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, ND seeks a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join Archway Mental Health Services. This clinical position integrates with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, and social workers in a collaborative setting.

You will provide care to children and youth, participate in resident and fellowship teaching, and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with optional hybrid outpatient/inpatient practice and shared call coverage.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry - General Adult Psychiatry.
• Active or Eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in North Dakota.
• DEA in good standing with no restrictions.
• Commitment to high quality, compassionate care and teamwork.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide child and adolescent psychiatric care with emphasis on evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary behavioral health team including PMHNPs, psychologists, and social workers.
• Participate in teaching and mentorship for residents and fellows.
• Balance inpatient and outpatient responsibilities in a hybrid practice.
