Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a BC/BE Child Psychiatrist to join a leading team of child behavioral health specialists. The position offers opportunities to work with a comprehensive program including PCIT, TF-CBT, and partial hospital services.

The role supports both inpatient and outpatient care, with teaching opportunities through affiliation with UND and a clinical faculty appointment. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Completion of a psychiatry residency followed by two additional years in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Board certification by ABMS or AOA; candidates must pursue certification within five years if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Privileges include admitting, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children and adolescents with developmental, mental, behavioral, or emotional disorders.
• Provide consultation to the inpatient pediatric unit and to primary care providers as needed.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and therapists within a multidisciplinary team.
