Albertina Kerr is seeking a Psychiatric Technician II to provide direct care to children and adolescents in an acute psychiatric setting. You will facilitate skills groups, guide recreational activities, and support daily living activities within a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must meet QMHA requirements and demonstrate strong communication and problem‑solving abilities in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and peers.
• Proficient computer skills and capacity to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts evaluations and assessments of clients.
• Ensures clients' safety and provides basic needs support.
• Teaches social skills and facilitates socialization.
• Leads educational and therapeutic groups for clients.
• Documents notes and completes incident reporting.
• Performs safeguarding interventions and maintains hygiene tasks.
