Summit Oaks Hospital, a Secure private acute care hospital with behavioral health services, is seeking an RN for a full-time position in Summit, New Jersey. The role involves psychiatric nursing care, medication administration, and patient management under physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum 1 year in psychiatric nursing or 2 years med/surg with leadership and motivation.
• BSN preferred; NLN accreditation preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assess and respond to medical needs of patients under physician guidance.
• Conduct safety checks and apply behavioral management techniques.
• Monitor, report, and document patient behaviors and wellbeing.
• Administer medications and treatments under the treatment team's guidance.
• Uphold Summit Oaks Hospital core values and mission.
