Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join Lyra Clinical Associates in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will conduct live video intakes, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults, with in-person options and flexible scheduling.

Requirements include an unrestricted PMHNP license (or equivalent PA psychiatry route), 2+ years of practice, and a DEA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or equivalent PA psychiatry pathway.
• Unrestricted state license to practice psychiatry.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice in mental health care.
• Active DEA license preferred; experience with minors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health medication management via 60‑minute intake and follow‑ups.
• Perform risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal management.
• Develop patient‑centered treatment plans and document recommendations; communicate with patients.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications following best practice guidelines.
