Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care within our provider network. You will conduct 60-minute intake assessments, follow-ups, psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds.

You will work in a setting that supports in-person options in the Lewes area, with access to clinical consultations and a 24/7 Care Navigation team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA with psychiatry certification
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum 2 years in practice
• DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and manage medications
• Follow evidence-based guidelines to maximize benefits and minimize risks
