Ellie Mental Health in Colorado is seeking a Pre-Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team and help expand access to quality mental health care for children aged 4-12.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, perform assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, ongoing training, and collaboration within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in SW, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations and age groups.
• Understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
