Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, and therapy for children, adolescents, and families.

You will join the Children’s Outpatient team serving ages 4-18, collaborating with internal programs and community resources, and participating in program planning and staff training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups.
• Provide community consultation and education and staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision.
• Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of services as part of the Child Family Team or Adult Recovery Team.
