La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a federally qualified health center serving Southern New Mexico. The role supports assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups with substance use issues, with emphasis on integrated treatment and community education.

The position requires NM licensure in counseling, social work, psychology, LSAA, or LADAC, plus a Master’s degree and background checks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico license in counseling, social work, psychology, LSAA, or LADAC.
• Preference for experience in integrated treatment for co‑occurring disorders.
• Must pass LCDF background check, TB screen and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Provide therapy for individuals, families, and groups with substance abuse issues.
• Offer community consultation and education; staff orientation and training.
• Participate in team supervision and ACT Team planning, development, and implementation.
