Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness in Fort Valley, GA is seeking a full-time C&A Outpatient Therapist to serve children, adolescents, and families. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and work with a collaborative care team across Fort Valley and Warner Robins outpatient locations.

Completion of licensure within 2–2.5 years is encouraged, with competitive benefits and supervision for licensure-track professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Ability to obtain licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification within 2–2.5 years of employment.
• Experience in counseling children, adolescents, and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
