Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards their licensure in our Outpatient Program in Woburn, MA. Our outpatient counseling provides treatment options and support within a flexible schedule. The program is suitable for those stepping down from higher care levels, seeking limited treatment, or trying outpatient services for the first time. Services include individual, group, couples, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other medical providers, agencies, and community resources to support clients.
• Manage your own schedule effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Completion of an internship during Master's program to obtain 45 credits.
• Eligible for licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Familiarity with support groups and ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Cultural sensitivity and excellent time management skills.
• Must possess appropriate work documentation and pass background checks.
