**Job Description**

The Clinician will be responsible for providing standardized screening, assessment, service planning, and referral services for family members interested in receiving Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) services at the Family Resource Center (FRC). The Clinician shall ensure that all Family Members experiencing CRA-related issues are connected to appropriate services and shall establish a process to provide information, referral, and direct assistance where possible. S/he will uphold values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

**Program Responsibilities**

  1. Work with the Family Partner as a team to describe CRA-related services to family members and gauge their interest in participating voluntarily.
  2. Complete CRA Screening and Intake.
  3. Administer a modified Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessment (FAST).
  4. Develop a Family Support Plan.
  5. Coordinate referrals and follow-up with family members experiencing CRA-related issues.
  6. Encourage non-participating family members to engage in available services.
  7. Provide and support groups if needed and partner agencies are unable to.
  8. Participate in staff meetings, community events, and maintain confidential case records.
  9. Attend relevant court hearings on specified days.
  10. Complete required documentation adhering to professional standards.
  11. Engage in supervision and demonstrate cultural awareness and adherence to agency policies.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

**Requirements**

  1. Must be 21 years or older.
  2. Must have a Master’s degree.
  3. At least three years of experience as a licensed clinician.
  4. Certification and experience in administering the Massachusetts CANS Assessment.
