Job summary

Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC) is hiring a Medical Director for Child and Adolescent services in the Kansas City metro, based in Olathe, KS. The role focuses on clinical leadership while maintaining hands-on patient care.

The selected candidate will develop quality-improvement initiatives, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and report to the Chief Medical Officer. An affiliation with the University of Kansas is available and an academic title is optional.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in KS.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-driven care for Child and Adolescent population.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing treatment for a diverse patient demographic.
• Guide, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of MAs, Nurses, LCSWs, and Techs.
• Identify quality, efficacy, and efficiency improvements for continuous, patient care enhancements.
• Work alongside Chief Medical Officer to align clinical strategy with facility objectives.
