Job summary

Integrated Psychiatric Consultants in Olathe, KS seeks a Board-C certified or eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join full-time, 40 hours/week, serving ages 4-18 in a new facility with strong support staff.

This role offers compensation around the 50th MGMA percentile base, plus competitive benefits, and no weekend or call requirements. Located about 15 minutes from Overland Park, KS, with excellent schools and livability nearby.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in KS required or ability to obtain.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for caseload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and a Medical Staff Coordinator, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• NO weekend or call requirements.
