Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is seeking a licensed therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide therapeutic services, develop individualized treatment plans, and support children and adolescents and their families throughout recovery.

The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based behavioral healthcare in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current unrestricted Texas licensure or license eligibility.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate daily individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Coordinate patient care with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and treatment team.
