Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System, a major behavioral health provider, seeks a licensed clinical social worker/therapist to deliver psychosocial assessments and individual, group, and family therapy on a designated unit. This role supports discharge planning, crisis intervention, and coordination with referral sources within the hospital.

Applicants should have a Master's degree in Social Work or related field and possess or pursue licensure (TN LCSW, LPC, LP preferred).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field required.
• Licensure preferred (TN LCSW, LPC, LP).
• Experience with psychiatric mental health population, inpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership, crisis management, and family therapy theory.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services on a designated unit.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning, discharge planning and case management.
• Crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources and hospital departments.
• Support hospital programs across adult and geriatric populations.
