Bradley Hospital is recruiting a Behavioral Health Specialist II to join the inpatient/outpatient team in Providence, RI. The role supports children and adolescents, helps plan the daily milieu, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team under RN direction.

The position requires a baccalaureate degree in a human service field (or equivalent), 6 months–1 year of childcare experience, and current Safety Care and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree preferred; other education/experience may be substituted.
• Six months to one year of direct childcare work with similar populations; Safety Care and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain milieu and supervise through the Charge RN; implement and observe the therapeutic schedule.
• Provide crisis management, guide staff, and support senior staff; ensure safety and documentation.
