Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of direct childcare work with emotionally impaired youth.
• Baccalaureate Degree in a Human Service field preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and actively engage with assigned children.
• Document shift observations and contribute to milieu care planning and notes.
• Co-lead groups and support daily living activities and family interactions.
