Job summary

• Provides direct patient care and management of children/adolescents by developing and implementing treatment plans and conducting needs assessment.
• Performs crisis intervention to families and supports discharge to home and stabilization.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary care teams and coordinates admissions to programs.
• Leads group educational and therapeutic sessions and participates in clinical rounds.
