Job summary

The Teaching Family Association in North Carolina seeks a licensed clinical professional to support the Child Focused Assertive Community Treatment Team in homes and foster placements. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, complete assessments, and collaborate with the ACTT team to ensure high‑quality care for children and families.

Salary ranges from $54,000 to $64,000 per year with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Service or related field plus one year of experience with a similar population.
• Valid NC licensure LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or LCAS required; associate level considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients using approved clinical models and modalities.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment plan meetings, screening tools, crisis plans, and required documentation.
• Participate in daily/weekly client staffings, team meetings and trainings to ensure high-quality care for children and families.
• Coordinate care for clients and families; provide support and training on behavioral strategies and evidence-based interventions.
• Use EHR to track client engagement and document communications with the team.
• Meet supervision requirements to maintain licensure.
• Perform duties with flexibility, including telehealth and on-site work as needed.
