Job summary

Children’s Hope Alliance seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to work with children and families in a community-based ACTT program. The role focuses on direct therapy, assessments, and care coordination within a team-based setting.

Primary duties include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and participating in staffings and trainings. A Master’s in a Human Service field and NC licensure are required, with on-site work and on‑call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Service or related field.
• Valid North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) and LCAS.
• Experience with children or families in mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using approved clinical models.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in client staffings, team meetings, and trainings.
• Coordinate care with families and other services.
• Respond to on‑call crisis situations 24/7.
