Job summary

Children’s Hope Alliance in North Carolina is expanding our Child ACTT to deliver trauma-informed, whole-person care for children and families in the community. The role offers a full-time position with strong clinical support and licensure assistance for associate-level clinicians.

You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, participate in team staffing, and maintain thorough documentation in the EHR while engaging in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in a Human Service or related field and one year of experience with a similar population.
  • Valid NC licensure LCSW, LMFT or LCMHC and LCAS.
  • Must pass background, drug, and driving checks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and crisis plans.
  • Participate in daily/weekly team staffing and case reviews.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services.
  • Coordinate care with families, providers, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR.
  • Participate in shared 24/7 on‑call rotation.

Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
  • The position requires a Master Degree in a Human Service or related field plus one year of experience with a similar population. The position also requires a valid NC licensure LCSW, LMFT or LCMHC and LCAS. Associate level licensed professionals may be considered for this position.
  • Requires knowledge and the ability to practically implement mental health regulations and clinical services.
  • Requires effective communication, decision making, analytical, interpersonal, leadership and professionalism skills and abilities.
  • Must have basic computer and math skills.
  • Must have a valid North Carolina’s Driver’s License.
  • Must submit to and pass pre‑employment drug screening, criminal, HCPR and driving checks.
  • Must submit insurance and registration documentation if utilizing personal car for work related transports.
