You’ll lead skill‑building, parent guidance, and crisis support, while collaborating with a clinical team and utilizing telehealth tools as needed. This role offers community‑based work with weekday schedules and on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must qualify as a QP (Qualified Professional).
• MA in Human Services with 1 year of relevant experience OR BA in Human Services with 2 years.
• Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Professional in the field.
• One year of experience with children with serious emotional disturbance.
• Strong communication, decision making, and professionalism skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one coaching, behavior support, and psychoeducation.
• Teach daily living, coping, and communication skills.
• Provide parenting support and guidance to caregivers.
• Assist during crisis situations using safe interventions.
• Lead Child and Family Team meetings and monitor plans.
• Track progress and adjust supports for changing needs.
• Collaborate with ACTT team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Meet clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
