Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Cedar Park, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist for a full-time, daytime schedule. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, using play-based ABA therapy to build communication, social, and independent skills.

No experience needed; we provide paid training and cover your RBT certification. Bachelor's degree required; opportunity for growth, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree proof must be provided.
• No experience required; paid training and RBT certification provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; optional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and games.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
