Action Behavior Centers in Cedar Park, TX seeks caring individuals to work with children with autism through ABA therapy. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays as needed. Start date is immediate; no prior experience required as ABC covers RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Assist children through play, movement, reading, games, hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to promote growth.
• Observe and document progress during sessions.
