Job summary

Intrepid Travel is seeking an Executive Vice President, USA, to lead the US market with end-to-end responsibility for commercial performance, operations, brand, people, and financial outcomes. This senior role is based in Seattle with a hybrid work arrangement and a salary of $160,000–$180,000 USD per year.

You will oversee US DMC operations, build capable leadership, and partner with global teams to deliver high-quality travel experiences while growing revenue and impact across the US ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience.
• Experience at VP, SVP or equivalent level.
• Led multiple functions or a full business unit with accountability for performance and outcomes.
• Strong financial and commercial management experience including revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and external relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex operational environments and customer-facing businesses.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, media relations and influencing skills.
• Experience working in a geographically distributed or matrixed organization.
• Experience in purpose-led or values-driven organizations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US business with end-to-end responsibility for commercial, financial, operational, and impact objectives.
• Build and develop high-performing leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, finance and HR.
• Drive revenue and sustainable growth through marketing, partnerships, and distribution.
• Oversee safe, high-quality trip delivery across US operations and partner with delivery leaders.
• Represent Intrepid externally and build strategic partnerships across the US travel ecosystem.
