Job summary

Promise builds AI-powered infrastructure for benefits delivery, payments, and program integrity for government agencies. You will join a new function focused on detecting and stopping mis/disinformation, with authority over external firms and a direct line to the CEO.

You’ll apply AI to identify attacker behavior, defend executives, and guide counsel with preservation lists and subpoenas. Written communication is central, with fast, precise memos driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated trust and safety investigation experience.
• Ability to attribute disinformation campaigns.
• Experience with OSINT techniques and sources.
• Comfort collaborating with legal teams and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Build tripwires to monitor content about the company, executives, and clients.
• Use analysis to generate a named hypothesis with evidence for counsel.
• Enforce takedowns and platform actions through internal processes.
• Support counsel with preservation lists and evidence packages.
• Respond with appropriate consequences when attribution is solid.
• Protect executives from doxxing and impersonation threats.
• Write clear, precise memos and notices to support outcomes.
