$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Our client, an event management company in the east coast is looking for an IT leader to join the team. This is a small company, so you will be hands-on and work on setting visions for the future of IT within the company. Fully remote role that will work EST hours.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on technology strategy, budget planning, and vendor management to support business objectives
• Lead and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, networks, firewalls, system administration, security and DevOps strategy
• Design and maintain scalable, secure environments for both internal systems and client-facing applications, supporting organizational growth
• Provide strategic and technical leadership with software developers, reviewing architecture, and aligning technical direction with business goals
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to improve efficiency and innovation
• Implement robust system monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint security protocols to safeguard business continuity
• 10+years of experience
• Very hands on with an infrastructure focus and leading application developers
• Strong strategic experience
