Job summary

East Daley Analytics in Greenwood Village, CO, seeks a hands-on CTO to scale its energy market intelligence platform. The role blends business exposure with technical leadership, shaping data strategy, product delivery, and enterprise-grade software.

You will lead engineering, data, and product teams, set the technical roadmap, improve data pipelines, and drive AI-enabled workflows while maintaining customer trust and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience at senior levels.
• Experience building and scaling data-intensive analytics platforms or B2B SaaS.
• Track record leading engineering teams through scale, debt reduction, and governance.
• Fluency in data platforms, cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, architecture, engineering execution, data platform, and talent strategy.
• Partner with CEO, product, data, and commercial teams to turn proprietary intelligence into software and APIs.
• Define platform architecture and roadmap for Energy Data Studio and related products.
• Build scalable data ingestion, validation, transformation, versioning, and distribution workflows.
• Identify pragmatic AI and automation opportunities to improve product experience and data quality.
• Lead and scale engineering, data engineering, platform, and technical product functions.
