LMI is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Responsibilities
  • Drive solutions across the Health & Civilian Sector, providing enterprise capabilities that respond to client needs
  • Lead the identification and translation of digital needs for core business areas
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies
  • Present reports on the company's technology status, goals, and progress
  • Create and oversee the implementation of technology solutions and strategies
  • Align the company's technology resources with organizational goals
  • Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals with organizational objectives
  • Identify technologies to improve products and services
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead teams in complex solution development
  • Ability to translate technical topics into clear, actionable narratives
  • Experience in building business cases and developing proposals
  • Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective management of large budgets
  • Knowledge of emerging technological advances and all IT functions
  • Understanding of information security best practices
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to meet deadlines
  • Alignment with LMI’s values and culture
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the govcon/IT market, especially in health & civilian sectors
  • Experience with clients like VA, DHA, CMS, GSA, USDA; VA experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to pass a government background check
