Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering) overseeing scale organizations of 80+ developers in a B2B SaaS framework.
• Experience handling data security standards in highly regulated industries (HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR).
• Deep technical foundations in cloud-native architectures and modern distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning engineering with product and commercial goals.
• Oversee secure, multi-region cloud architecture capable of handling petabytes of data.
• Lead the transition to modern microservices while reducing technical debt.

The Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead a 120-person engineering, infrastructure, and data science organization. You will modernise legacy architectures, champion the integration of production-grade machine learning models, and ensure the platform adheres to stringent global healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning engineering output directly with overarching product and commercial business goals.
• Oversee the continuous evolution of a highly secure, distributed multi-region cloud architecture capable of managing petabytes of sensitive data.
• Lead the transition toward modern microservices frameworks while aggressively reducing technical debt.
• Cultivate a progressive, high-velocity engineering culture centered on agile methodologies, continuous deployment, and technical excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering) overseeing scale organizations of 80+ developers within a B2B SaaS framework.
