Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible technology leadership in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience leading infrastructure, core systems, integrations, data, and cybersecurity partnerships.
• Strong vendor management and project governance experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical technology plans and communicate with executives and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology architecture including infrastructure, data, and project management to support strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with the Strategic Plan and operational efficiency goals.
• Manage technology operating and capital budgets with cost optimization and measurable ROI.
• Partner with Risk and Security to strengthen security posture and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, due diligence, and third-party risk.
• Drive data-driven decision making with robust governance and BI tools.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity through resiliency planning.
