Job summary

Accordia Bank seeks a Chief Technology and Innovation Officer to drive digital transformation and technology-enabled growth. You will identify emerging technologies, lead AI and automation initiatives, and align IT with business strategy to deliver superior customer experiences.

The role requires 10+ years in tech/innovation with 5+ years in senior leadership, plus banking/fintech experience and strong executive communication skills. A PMP or equivalent credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in technology/innovation roles; at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in banking/fintech with regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive innovation and technology roadmap.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives and modernize core banking platforms.
• Build PMO, governance, and metrics for initiative delivery.
