Job summary

Shatterproof seeks a seasoned Vice President, Technology & Digital Strategy to lead the organization’s technology vision, digital operations, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise platforms. You will oversee AI strategy, vendor partnerships, and a distributed workforce while aligning technology with mission impact.

The role requires 12+ years of leadership across technology disciplines, strong executive communication, and a track record of building scalable, secure platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning technology, digital operations, enterprise systems, product management, data, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Experience serving as the senior technology leader for a complex organization and developing enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Executive presence and strong written and verbal communication with the ability to engage technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, innovation opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap; establish governance, risk controls, and responsible-use standards for AI technologies.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, policies, governance, and training; protect data and mission systems.
• Manage technology budget, contracts, vendor relationships, and major platform investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technology and digital operations team.
