POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Technologist is responsible for modality area staff observation while ensuring cost effective, high quality imaging services in the modality area. Modeling and accomplishing the goals, core values, and essential job functions along with oversight of regulatory and professional standards that together support and maintain a patient and family centered focused service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Depending on the Radiology sub-specialty, the following qualifications will apply:
MRI: Licensed by the State of Florida to work in MRI and an ARRT credential in MRI
CT: Licensed by the State of Florida to work in CT and an ARRT credential in CT
US: Licensed by the State of Florida to work in US and an ARDMS credential
NM: Licensed by the State of Florida to work in NM and an NMTCB credential
Diagnostic Radiology: Licensed by the State of Florida to work in DG (Radiography) and an ARRT credential in Diagnostic Radiology
SHIFT: Full-Time, Day Shift. Some weekend & on-call work is required.
SALARY RANGE: Minimum 36.52/hour - Maximum 58.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
