Job summary

Extenteam is seeking a Head of Technology & Product to own what we build, why we build it, and how the team is organized to build it. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Founder.

You will align two roadmaps: a standalone SaaS product and a live Shared Services operation, making tough trade-offs and shaping the organization for scale. This role is remote with quarterly in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across product and engineering, with time owning both.
• Directly managed product managers and engineers.
• STR industry experience (short-term rental, property management).

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and team delivery for product and tech.
• Define north stars and measure automation vs resolution quality.
• Lead discovery with property managers and customers.
• Stay ahead of engineering to scope work.
• Define pod structure and performance framework.
• Partner with Shared Services and Customer Success.
